1.Question : What’s the MOQ?
Answer: If without logo, MOQ is 1pc; if custom your logo, MOQ is 100pcs.
 
2.Question : How long dose the delivery time?
Answer: That is based on the order quantity and whether is demanded your logo, if without logo(10~20days); if custom your logo(25~35days). But 1~10pcs will be sent the day received your payment day.
 

3.Question : How much dose the custom logo fee?
Answer: Usually it is based on US$0.20 per 1 position.
 
4.Question : Which courier do I use is more cheaper?
Answer: We got several courier way for your selection, like e-Packet, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, USPS, etc...depend on your different order quantity, weight and dimension as well as dispatch period time.
 
5.Question : Do you have any certificate in your products?
Answer: Yes, we have certificate like CE(on sunglasses, reading glasses, optical frames), FDA inspection, SGS inspection, DROP BALL inspection, AC blue light blocking lenses inspection etc...
 
6.Question : Will you be attend any International Fairs?
Answer: Yes, we will be attend the Mido Milano Fair; Silmo Paris Fair, HK Optical etc...
 
 7.Question : Can I purchase a sample order first to check your quality?
Answer: Yes, you can purchase a sample order first before your official order, but we will charge sample fee, it will be a little bit higher than official order ones.
 
 8.Question : Do you have drop shipping service?
Answer: Yes, we have and can ship the goods directly to your customers address as per your instructions.
 
 9.Question : What packing will you use?
Answer: Usually we pack 1pc frame into 1 polybag, and then 10pcs or 12pcs pack into 1 white box.
 
 
10.Question : Can I custom my logo on the cases of packing?
Answer: Yes, we provide different cases, like pouch, cloth, inner case and also can make the logo as per your request on it.

 11.Question : Do you have any discount on big quantity or mass goods?
Answer: Yes, we can give a corresponding discount if you purchase big quantity or mass goods, for the details please contact with sales by then.

12.Question : Which payment terms do you use and are you responsible for import duties to customers?
Answer: We usually use the DAP payment terms and won’t be responsible for import duties to customers.
