Shipping service & after-sale service

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders and Express Shipping for extra paid orders.
Each order requires 3-5 business days for processing. Nonetheless, order with high prescription or prescription sunglasses requires 5-9 business days for processing. Usually, it takes approximately 5-9 business days for express shipping, about 10-15 days for standard shipping and about 15-35 days for free standard shipping, depending on different countries, areas and shipping carriers. Please be aware that we have no control over the shipping process.
Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for any invalid or undeliverable address. For security purposes, we're unable to redirect the package once it has been shipped. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. All orders will be shipped out from our company in Asia. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.


1. About the shipping goods method: We usually do the shipping goods by courier and that is also for the first choice to our customers, since for the retail order is not big quantity, that will be more cheaper; of course there are also have by air and by sea for your selection if you need possible, but these 2 ways are not only expensive but also long time in transportation, especially sea shipment... 
 
2. About the returned goods method: Actually we are little probability on the returned goods, most of our customers are satisfied with our products quality details, so if you really need to return the goods shall be based on in this condition: please take photo or video to prove the problem was come from ours, when you receive the products at the first time and found the problem; and the other 2 conditions are unacceptable: a. if over the parcel signed receive 2days when you found any problem about the products, we may regard as this kind of problem come from your rough misuse; b. if the parcel was broken or any problem when you receive, we do not undertake the responsibility from the courier, that is force majeure factor.)
 
After get your confirmation information, we will deal with this on around 3~7 workdays and feed you back for a solution.
